Back to topAmazon Vendor Central is an online platform for Amazon Vendor. Everybody knows Amazon marketplace. Wouldn't it be great to receive Amazon orders directly in the Magento admin panel, enabling you to treat your Amazon orders the same way you treat your Magento orders? Amazon has two options to sell products on Amazon marketplace: Seller Central and Amazon Vendor Central. Seller Central is easy to connect to Magento with tools like M2E. In case of an Amazon Vendor account Amazon becomes a full-time distributor of products, Amazon buys and stores the inventory.The Amazon Vendor EDI extension includes basics of Amazon Vendor EDI to sent your orders from Amazon Vendor to Magento and vice versa. Amazon EDI has a wide variety of functions, they are not all included in this extension. If you need more functionality we can extend the module or you can do it yourself.Amazon EDI is a very technical process to sync and confirm data between Amazon vendor EDI and Magento. There are no data for end-customer purchasing (B2C). The process only includes the wholesale business (B2B): "Amazon Vendor" buys from a Magento shop.
Account & Pricing
You need an Amazon VENDOR Account for this extension (Link to Amazon Vendor). Amazon Vendor Account needs to be set up separately and is not included in this extension. In general there are no monthly or item fees associated with Vendor Central but be careful with marketing fees, remittance fees, pre-payment fees and packaging fees. Amazon may also takes out some unexpected costs due to purchasing A+ content and chargebacks for a missing label or not properly packed products.Fees and prices in detail please clarify with Amazon directly.The price for the Magento extension is 999 USD per year and needs to be renewed every 12 months. We will contact the merchant for a renewal or the merchant can contact us directly via e-mail or phone.

- You can define customer numbers for different EDI storehouse countries to receive orders in Magento
- The general process is working on a cron basis

- A purchase order is confirmed to Amazon via API
- When the merchant has shipped goods a shipping confirmation is sent to Amazon via API
- The last step is a final invoice which is only generated in the background and sent directly to Amazon EDI - there is no physical invoice to download in the Magento admin panel

- EDI orders are sent to Magento (PO Purchase Order)
- EDI orders are confirmed (POA Purchase Order Confirmation)
- Shipping confirmations are sent to EDI (ASN Advance Shipment Notice)

We are only supporting Magento versions, which are supported by Magento too, this means for now we are only supporting PHP 8.
