Bulk Product Inquiry | Hide Price

With the advent of digitization, customers have turned more empowered and enlightened than ever before. Consumer behavior has changed in recent years. They tend to do thorough research and read reviews before making a purchase. The Product Inquiry extension allows you to stay in tune with consumer tastes and behaviors.

On the Product View page, it displays the Product Inquiry Button. Customers/visitors (both registered & unregistered) can make the inquiry for a particular product by filling out a Product Inquiry form. The inquiry about a particular product will be visible on the "My Account" page under the "My Inquiry" tab in case a registered customer makes an inquiry. Both admin and customer will be notified via email once the inquiry is submitted. 

What this module does for you

Add an Enquiry Button

You can introduce an inquiry button and enable the customer to fill out and submit the Magento2 product inquiry form.

Select the Enquiry Button Display Page

You can place the product inquiry button on the Shop and specific Product Page at the same time. additionally has the option to add an Enquiry button to the header and footer of the webshop.

Product Enquiry Button Visibility 

You can decide the visibility of the Magento2 product enquiry button. By default, it is visible to all users. You can choose to limit the visibility to logged-in users or only logged-out users.

Edit Product Enquiry Form Fields

Admin has the option to Allow/Disallow the image in various extensions. Also, the admin can give the option to choose of query type.

Automatic Email Notification 

Automatic email notifications of inquiry form submission to both the users and the recipient (admin).

Inquiry List Table 

You can view and manage all product inquiries through the inquiry list table. All the queries of the customers and visitors are presented in a tabular format, making them easier to resolve. 

Hide the price of products 

The Price of the product is not displayed and this product routinely isn't always available for order.  

Disallow the purchase of the products 

The "Add to Cart" button is hidden and if the product is not to be had for order, then, the product will no longer be added to the cart.

You have full freedom to customize the inquiry button. You can choose the text color, font color, and font size according to your store theme.

You can use this option to allow interested customers to Inquire about simple products or variations of a product. The quicker you address their problems, the quicker the sale happens!
