Overview
Back to topEnable customers to choose relevant customer groups while registering through the signup form. Instead of doing it yourself, let your customer decide which customer group suits them best. You can also enable manual approvals on selected user groups.
Feature's
Now, administrators can make it possible for customers to select a suitable customer group during registration.
This is a mandated feature for online shops with a variety of different types of clients, such as wholesalers, retailer, sales-members, distributors, VIP Customers, Prime customers, or B2B.
- A dropdown menu will be included on the registration form that shows all available user groups.
- A customer group can be assigned to each user thus allowing admins to control user access. It might be better for the admin to let his customers make this determination rather than doing it themselves.
- Meanwhile, store administrators can set up manual validation for special customer groups.
- Back office allows the store admin to approve and validate the special customer groups.
- In this manner, only members of those special customer groups will be able to take advantage of the beneficial benefits associated with them.
- Auto or Manual Customer Group Allocation- Merchants can enable the 'Auto or Manual' approval option from the back office for selected customer groups.
- Manual Approval- Manual approval will require the merchant to manually approve the selected user group after customer registration. The customer will get an email notification to notify the requested user group that requires manual approval from the Store Admin. Meanwhile, the customer will be assigned to the default customer group. As soon as the merchant approves the user group, an email will be sent to notify the customer they have been assigned to the requested user group. Or admin also can keep-disabled non validated customers.
- Auto Approval- From the back office, the Admin can put specific customer groups on auto-approval. When a user selects a customer group on the registration, it will be automatically being assigned to them and they will be able to enjoy all the benefits linked to that particular user group. There is no need for the Admin to approve them.
