Salla Connector

Salla is a Saudi-based e-commerce platform that allows users to set up their e-commerce store in Arabic and sell their products and services to customers.

It is also a platform for developers to build Apps on Salla in an easy way. It's designed to allow developers to connect to Salla's Stores and create custom Apps.

We have incorporated the API keys of the Salla to integrate the Salla partner store with the Magento 2 store and synchronize the products between the two platforms.

Salla Connector allows the Magento 2 store owner to import the products from the Salla partner store and export products from Magento 2 to the Salla partner store. Apart from that, the Magento 2 store admin can import the Salla orders as well.

There might be situations where the business owners have multiple stores where they are selling their products. For example, one store can be Magento 2 the other can be a Salla partner store. 

Now, using the Salla Connector for Magento 2, a store owner can import and export the products between the Magento 2 and Salla partner stores as required. Apart from that, the Salla partner store orders can be imported into Magento 2.

• If you choose the one-time payment, this implies that the app will pay your app for using only one time at the initial installation.
• For the Recurring charge, you can specify the Free trial of your app so users can have freemium access to your service. Moreover, a maximum of 4 pricing plans is allowed on the partner portal for a single app.

How does this extension Work?

Store Admin Workflow

Install & Make Initial Configuration Settings

The Magento 2 store admin will make the initial configuration settings after installing the Salla Connector. So, the admin will be able to -

• Set the option for all Salla accounts to authenticate with the same Salla application or not.
• Enter the Client Id & secret key received after creating an app at the Salla Partner account.
• Set default order status for orders imported from Salla.
• Choose to import products with Images.
• Enable product revision on Salla. 
• Set the option to remove products from Magento 2 whenever you delete mapped products record with Salla on Magento 2.

Add Salla Partner Account

After the admin has completed the initial configuration settings, the admin will have to add the Salla Partner account within the Magento 2 store. To add the Salla partner account, the admin will - 

• Tap the Add Salla Account button.
• Set a unique store name for your account choose the attribute set and tap the Save Salla Account button. 
• After that, the admin need to connect to the Salla Partner store. 
• A pop-up appears, enter the Salla Partner store email id and the password and tap the Login button to authenticate.
• After authentication, the admin can configure settings for the Salla products to be imported.

Salla to Magento 2 Product Import

After the admin has completed adding the Salla partner account to Magento 2 store, the admin will be able to import the products from the Salla partner account into the Magento 2 store. For the same, the store admin can -  

• Navigate to the added Salla partner account.
• Navigate to the Import Products from Salla tab. 
• Tap the import products tab. After that, the products get imported.
• Now, tap the Create Imported Products tab. 

The products will get created in the Magento 2 store.

Salla to Magento 2 Order Import

After the admin has imported the products from Salla into the Magento 2 store, the admin can import the Salla orders. To do so, the store admin will -  

• Navigate to the added Salla partner account.
• Navigate to the Import Orders from Salla tab.
• Here, the admin will first import the orders from Salla. 
• Then create the orders in Magento 2 by tapping create orders button. 

The orders will be created at the Magento 2 end.

Magento 2 to Salla Product Export

The Magento 2 store admin can also export products from the Magento 2 store to the Salla partner store as required. To do so, the Magento 2 store admin will - 

• Navigate to the added Salla partner account.
• Navigate to the Export Products to Salla tab.
• Here, the admin will find all of the simple products listed.
• Select the products to export to Salla.
• From the actions drop-down option, tap the Export to Salla option. 

The products will get exported to the Salla partner account.
