Note - To use the Multi Company SaaS extension you must purchase and install Webkul Multi Tenant Marketplace and Webkul Tenant Subdomain Marketplace Add-On.

By using the Multi Company SaaS module, the admin can create subscription plans for tenants to become SaaS tenants. The admin can also enable recurring payment options (PayPal and Stripe) for subscription plan payments. To become the SaaS tenant, the tenant has to select a desired subscription plan and pay for it. When the duration of the plan is completed, the plan is automatically refreshed, and the payment will be deducted as per the subscription amount.

Account & Pricing 

All the subscription plans and pricing will be decided by the admin itself. For Multi Company SaaS ecommerce extension, tenants need to create separate accounts on Stripe or Paypal. The tenants can pay the fee for the subscription plan through these two payment gateways only. 

This module uses APIs and  IPN for integrating both payment gateways (Stripe and Paypal).

Note: Having accounts on Stripe and PayPal mandatory for both. (admin and tenant)

 

Stripe Recurring Payment Method 

A Stripe account is needed to use this extension. The account can be created free of charge. There is no setup, monthly, or hidden fees.

PayPal Recurring Express Checkout Method

A PayPal account is needed to use this extension. There may be additional fees associated with PayPal transactions. The extension just allows you to set up the PayPal Express payment method for recurring payments from the backend.

How Multi-Company SaaS Extension Works?

Module Configuration

All the subscription plans and pricing will be decided by the admin itself. For the Multi-Company SaaS e-commerce extension, tenants need to create separate accounts on Stripe or Paypal. The tenants can pay the fee for the subscription plan through these two payment gateways only. 

 

Sellers Registration

The seller has to register on the store as a seller account and purchase the subscription plans created by the admin. The payment is made by Stripe and PayPal on a recurring basis. The plan pricing and duration will be created by the admin only.

 

No Commission For Admin 

The tenant once purchases the subscription plan and then it becomes the tenant. As per this, the tenant does not give any commission to the admin on any sale of his product.

 

Subscription Plans

The tenant can add one subscription plan at a time to the cart. The admin can assign or unassign the subscription in bulk mode.

 

Tenant Subdomain

With this module, the tenant can set the subdomain as well as the theme of his store as needed.

 

Payment Flow

In this module, when the tenant places the order, it will be redirected to the main websites of Stripe and PayPal where he has to enter the login credentials. After logging in, enter the card details and pay. You will be redirected back to the Magento order confirmation page.

 

Security & PCI Compliance 

The Recurring Stripe payment and Paypal Recurring Express Checkout use a hosted payment field for handling all payment card data, so the cardholder enters all sensitive payment information in a payment field. Also, that originates directly from our PCI DSS-validated servers.

It analyzes the integration method and advises the customer on which PCI form to use and how to reduce their compliance burden.
