The store owner can download a sample CSV file to import the product reviews. Add the product review data in it accordingly.

After that, the admin can easily import the review data in bulk.

Export Reviews

After installing the Product Review Import Export, the admin will navigate to the All Reviews section. 

Here, the admin will select all the reviews to export. After that, there is one button available to export the reviews. 

After export, a CSV file gets downloaded with the product review data.

Also, the admin can navigate to the Pending Reviews section. Choose the pending reviews and export them into a CSV file as required.

Import Reviews 

The admin can import the product Reviews in bulk using the product review data added into a CSV file. 

Just navigate to the Import Review section and download a sample file for product import. 

Add data to the same for the product reviews, upload it in the same section, and save it to import the product reviews. 

Respective product reviews are visible on the product pages per the set configuration.
