Seller Vacation Marketplace Add-On is a useful module by which the seller can set a vacation message for their store if they are on vacation. The customers will be able to see the set vacation message on the seller’s profile page. This add-on is helpful when the seller wants to disable the orders requests on their products. This eliminated the chances of getting bulk of orders when the seller is on vacation and also that when they return they don’t have loads of orders to process at once. This add-on allows sellers to either disable their product from the website i.e. their products will be hidden from the marketplace; or seller can choose to disable ‘Add to Cart’ option for their products, meaning shoppers will be able to view the seller’s product on the marketplace but they cannot add the product to their cart. In either case, the buyer will not be able to place an order against the seller’s product; hence it eliminates receiving any order requests.
Business Value
Let’s say, your marketplace seller wants to go on a vacation and he does not want to process a ton of order requests on arrival. So in this case, the Seller Vacation Marketplace Add-On allows the sellers to close their store for the set time period (seller can provide the date range for which they are on vacation). The seller can display a message on his profile page informing customers that they are on vacation. The seller can choose to completely disable their products from the marketplace or they can hide the ‘Add to Cart’ option from their products. This way, buyers will still be able to see the seller’s product but they cannot purchase it till the time seller has set the vacation period.

How Does The Extension Works?
Show Vacation Message
Allows the sellers to put a vacation message for their customers on their profile when their store is closed.
Set Vacation Status
The seller also has an option for disabling the products or disabling the ‘Add to Cart’ button, when they are on vacation and the seller can also keep the vacation status on or off for their shop.
Manage Vacation Date & Message
The seller can easily manage the vacation status from the front-end by setting the vacation date, message, and product status.
View Marketplace Sellers On Vacation
Admin can see the seller's vacation grid under the tab “Manage Seller Vacation”. Here admin can view the vacation grid for the sellers who have put their store off for the vacation.
Disable Products/Add To Cart Button
The admin can disable the "products" or “add to cart” option and also admin can put the label at the place of the “add to cart” button.
Update About Seller's Unavailability
Using Seller Vacation Marketplace Add-On, the buyer would be informed about the unavailability of the seller. The seller products will either be made invisible to the buyers or ‘Add to Cart’ button is disabled, along with the seller message, by which the buyers will know that the seller is on vacation and will not be available.

- This module informs buyers that the seller is on vacation and hence buyer will not be able to make any order requests.
- Disabled Add to Cart button, along with the seller message, helps the buyers to know that the seller is on vacation and will not be available.
- This benefits buyer as otherwise if a buyer made an order and the seller is away on vacation, then the buyer would be waiting for their order to process and reach to them when in reality seller is not available for processing the order and thus buyer would just be left waiting without any information on their order.
