Advanced Booking Notification Marketplace Addon

Note: This extension is an add-on to the Multi Vendor Marketplace and Advance booking & Reservation System. You need to install them first to use the Advanced Booking Notification Marketplace Add-On. 

The Advanced Booking Notification extension provides the facility to inform customers through SMS notifications.

The SMS will be sent to the customers with booking creation, booking cancellation, and automatic reminder alerts. Also, the admin can send custom bulk messages to multiple customers manually.

Business value

When a customer gets a prior message of their booking, order cancellation, or any reminders. It will update them with the ongoing process. The Multivendor advance booking notification system will provide the facility of message notifications to the customers for various events. 

So the admin and seller can inform the users and keep the record maintained in the system. Also, the module provides the facility of bulk message sending to the customers so the admin doesn't need to send messages one by one. 

Account & Pricing

An additional Twilio account is required to send the OTP through the SMS to the customer. The account creation on Twilio is free of cost, but additional fees apply to buy the credits to send the OTP verification messages to the customer.

How does the extension work?

Configuration

Once the extension gets installed admin needs to configure the extension for activating the advance notification option. They need to set notification settings like messages, days, minutes, etc. Also, enter the Twilio credentials for sending notifications. 

Message Template Creation 

While configuring the extension admin needs to add various message templates. So a similar message will be sent to the customers during various events like order placement, order cancellation, invoice generation, and more.  

Custom Message Creation 

The admin and seller can send custom messages to the customers so they can create it instantly and send it to the customers. They can also select multiple customers and send the message to them all at a time. 

Send Notification 

The customer will receive various notifications for various events like booking creation, booking cancellation, and automatic reminder alerts. The seller and admin both can send these advance notifications to the customers.
