Auto Print Orders

As soon as the order is placed, a pop will appear with the message "Printing". Once the printing is done, another pop-up will show on the same page "Printing Completed".

The automatically printed invoice contains details like the customer's name, order ID, shipping address, and billing address.

The admin can also generate the prints automatically from the backend with a single click as there is an option to print orders on the order detail page.

Admin can print the orders automatically in bulk from the backend as well.

How does Magento 2 Auto Print Orders work?

Admin Workflow

After installing the module, the admin will see a configuration panel by navigating Stores ->Configuration->Auto Print

First, set up the General Configuration. Here, admins can enable or disable the module's status.

After that, the admin needs to configure Server Configuration. They need to configure it for either a local or a remote server.

To configure the remote server, the admin needs to set the protocol status to Yes.

Provide the hostname and port number and upload the server's private key file and its certificate file.

Lastly, Admin has to do the printing settings where they can choose the printer from available options as a default printer for printing.

Click on Save Configuration now.
