How does this extension Work?

Store Admin Workflow

Install and Enter API Credentials

After the successful installation of the extension, the admin will enable the WhatsApp sign-up and sign-in functionality for the store. Also, the admin needs to enter the access token, phone number id, and the template created via the Facebook Meta account. Lastly save the configuration. 

User Workflow

The website users will find a Register with WhatsApp button on the registration page of the website. Apart from that, the users will also see the Sign In With WhatsApp button on the sign-in page and at the checkout time(if the user is not already logged in).

Sign Up Using WhatsApp Number

The users can easily sign-up for the website by tapping the Register with WhatsApp button. After that, the user will select the country code and enter their WhatsApp registered number and verify the same. An OTP will be received by the user, after entering the OTP, an account will be created on the Magento website for the user.

Sign In Using WhatsApp Number

The users can easily sign in to the website by tapping the Sign In With WhatsApp button. After that, the user will select the country code and enter their WhatsApp registered number and verify the same. An OTP will be received by the user, after entering the OTP, the customer will be logged in to the Magento customer account panel.
