By using the Sales Representative the admin can create a sales representative for the store and also assign them product categories.
The sales representative is responsible for completing sales targets and also for marketing products. The sales representative is responsible for handling customers’ quote requests.
Business Value
If the customer can request for quote and get a separate quote for each requested product. It added an additional benefit to the store. The customers can connect with a sales representative for quotes and product-related queries.
Sales representative helps the admin to create the store representative and that will divide their few task and load. The admin can create a team of multiple sales representatives and managers.
A sales representative is like a helping hand of the admin who handles the work of the admin and represents the store.

How Does The Extension Work?
Create Sales Rep by Admin
The admin can create multiple sales reps from the admin panel. These sales reps are allocated to a specific team or group to handle the product queries.
Separate Dashboards for Sales Reps
The sales rep will get very interactive dashboards. Where they can see their total sales, quotes, orders, etc. Also, the sales rep can see new messages, quotes, and sales reports.
Different Roles for Sales Reps
The sales reps are the representatives of the store that performs the many roles in the store. Sales reps generated real sales which led to higher conversion rates.
Separate Quote Request for Separate Product
The customers can request a quote for any listed product. That request was handled by sales reps who provided the quote to the customer. After that customer can purchase the product.
