How Does Magento 2 Printful Integration Work?

Store Admin Workflow

Initial Configuration

After installing the Printful integration extension, the admin will navigate to the configuration section.

Here, the admin will - 

• Select the option to enable the Printful integration.
• Choose a single or multiple Printful store to integrate and save the configuration.

Connect Printful Store

The admin can connect multiple Printful stores to their Magento 2 store. To do so, the store admin will -  

• Enter Printful store name and authentication token. 
• Save the store. 
• After that, the admin will see the option to import and create the Printful products in the Magento 2 store. 

Import Printful Products

After configuring the Printful store, the admin just needs to  -  

• Import the products. 
• Create the Printful products in the Magento 2 store. 

Storefront Working 

The customers can see the Printful products in the respective assigned categories in the Magento 2 store. Here, the customers will - 

• Add the product to the cart. 
• Select the shipping method(these are of the Printful store).
• Place the order. 
• Orders are fulfilled by the Printful store.

View Printful Orders

After Printful store products are purchased in the Magento 2 store, the orders can be viewed by the admin. 

• Admin can view the orders for the Printful store products. 
• The orders are automatically created at the printful store.
