Store Admin Workflow

Initial Configuration

After installing Magento 2 Multi Vendor Facebook Shop extension by Webkul, configure it. 

They will navigate to Store>Configuration>Facebook Shop. Here they can do the following,

• Enable or Disable the extension.
• Allow or disallow the periodic CSV Generation.
• Set Cron Frequency
• Set CSV generation start time as per cron frequency.
• A Button is provided to manually generate product feed data csv.

They also get the product configurations which has the below mentioned options,

• Set the prefix for Facebook products.
• Option to display out of stock products on Facebook.
• Input the default Google product category for products.
• Input the default Google product brand name for products.
• Check the Google Taxonomy Sheet from provided link.

Assign Google Product Category

Admin can assign Google Product categories to facebook products in bulk.

Manage Attribute Mapping

Admin can map the Facebook attributes with Magento 2 attributes. As, some facebook attributes are unavailable in default Magento 2.

Feed CSV Logs Details

Admin can view the scheduled and manually generated CSV files under this section.

Multi Website Mapping

Add the mapping for multiple websites and view the mapped list from the section.
