How Does The Extension Work?
Initial Configuration
From the backend, the admin will navigate to adobe commerce store configuration and click on Invite Only. The admin will enable the Magento 2 Invitation Only Registration module and set the force redirect URL.
They can also customize the redirection URL and invitation expiry. Even, they can edit the invitation email message and default landing page.
Email Settings
Admin will set the email setting from these dropdown options. This means choosing the Customer Invitation Email Sender and the Expired Link Email. It also involves choosing the Customer Invitation Email Template and Expire Invitation Email Template.
Further, the admin can also select Successful Customer Registration Email Template.
Whitelist Customer Pages
Now the admin can add or update pages to whitelist for customers. They can also restrict access for nonregistered users.
Sending Invites
The admin will manage the invites and add the customer's email ID. They will also include a message asking the customer to register. The admin will then click on Send Invite. They can also check the list of invited customers along with their status.
Customer Invitation
The customer will receive an email with a message and an invitation link. The link will redirect them to the registration page. Once the customer registers, they will go to a custom page set by the admin.
Expired Invitation
Once the invitation link expires, customers will see a message. The message will ask them to contact support via email for help.
