How does AI OCR work?

Admin Workflow

After installing the module, Admin can configure AI OCR extension in the first place. Here, admin will have to -  

• The extension is first enabled by the store admin.
• Choose to save the address while creating an order.
• Set the order status for the newly created order as New or Complete.
• Enter the endpoint of the API path.

Create an Order using a PDF

Admin will go to the create order menu option under AI OCR side panel option. Here, to create an order admin will -  

• Upload a PDF invoice file and tap the Generate Order Data option.
• View the extracted data in JSON and table format with a preview.
• Edit the extracted data(with missing information) and save it.
• Proceed to create the order.

View AI OCR Order List

Admin after creating the orders using AI OCR for Adobe Commerce feature can view the complete created list of orders using the same. Here, admin can view -  

• Order ID
• Order Status and
• Uploaded document name
