Import Vendors Marketplace Add-On

Note - This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first. 

Import Vendors Marketplace Add-On allows the admin to add a bulk number of vendors into the marketplace. The admin can download the sample files and then upload bulk vendor data using CSV, XLS, XML files. The admin can see the list of all uploaded vendors. Once the admin has uploaded the vendor profiles they will get notified through the mail. Through mail, they will receive a link to set the password.

If the admin has to upload a huge number of vendor profiles from the back-end, then it gets very tedious task for them. They need to create the vendor profile one by one from the back-end and it indulges hours. Also, the chances of making mistakes while creating the profile got to increase.

How Does The Extension Works?

Mass Vendor Upload

After enabling the module, the admin can provide profile information such as Profile Label and can upload the CSV/XML/XLS file.

Column Attribute

The admin can see all the attributes related to the vendor under the column attribute. The admin needs to enter the same column code in CSV/XML/XLS file.

Vendor Profiles

The admin can see all the uploaded vendor profiles under the Vendor Profiles section.

Approved Seller Notification

Once the admin has imported the vendor profiles, the vendors get notified by the email. Also, the can log in through the same email.

Send Credentials E-Mail

The vendors will also receive an email to set a password. After setting the new password, they can easily log in to their account on the website.
