Vendor Broadcast Marketplace Add-On makes it easy for the store owner to send messages to multiple marketplace vendors at once. It is a useful way for vendors to receive important or helpful information that the store owner wants to share with the marketplace vendors. The owner of the store may use this add-on to send a broadcast message to all marketplace vendors at a time. The admin only needs to enter the subject and the content of the message to be broadcast. The sent message is then visible under the vendor's account panel.
Business Value
There may be situations where a store owner wants to send an important message to a particular marketplace vendor or multiple marketplace vendors so that the important message is sent out quickly to all recipients. Using this add-on, store administrators can send an unlimited broadcast message to all marketplace vendors so that they don't miss out on important updates to the Marketplace store. Thus, using this add-on, marketplace vendors can now receive marketplace updates directly from the store owner/admin via broadcast messages.

How Does The Extension Work?
Default Email Template
Once the extension is installed, the admin will select the default email template that will be used for sending the Broadcast Mail to Seller.
Send Broadcast Message
The admin is allowed to manage the seller. It includes a list of all marketplace vendors. The admin may send a broadcast message to single or multiple vendors as required.
To send a broadcast message, the admin selects the vendors and then taps the Broadcast Message. The admin must enter the subject and the message to be broadcast after this pop-up appears. Finally, tap the send button to send a broadcast message to the selected vendors.
View Broadcasted Messages - Admin Panel
Now, the admin can check or view all the broadcast messages that the admin has sent to the marketplace vendors through the back end vendor. In addition, the admin may also delete the messages transmitted.
Email Notification - Seller
Marketplace vendors receive an instant email notification that includes details of the broadcast message from the store administrator. In addition, sellers can navigate to the Admin Broadcast sub-menu option within their account panel.

Here, the sellers can find all the broadcast messages sent out by the store administrator. Sellers can also select and delete messages by selecting the Delete option from the Actions drop-down option.
