Back to topNote: This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first.
UPS (United Parcel Service) is the largest shipment/logistics company in the world and is now integrated with the marketplace.
The extension will allow the marketplace sellers/admin to provide the UPS shipping method for shipping their products. After the installation of the module, the sellers/admin will be able to provide their customers with the UPS shipping option.
The admin and the seller need to do some backend configurations for the UPS shipping. They must have UPS Developer Kit APIds for providing the UPS shipping.
Now, the customers will be able to select the UPS shipping method at the time of checkout for receiving their products through the United Postal Service which is the largest shipment/logistics company in the world.

Use Case
Using this shipping module, the seller can also manage the shipping from their end. For that, the seller needs to have the UPS developer kit APIs. Not only this but the invoices can be generated by the seller also. After generating an invoice, the seller can set the tracking number, shipping details and save them. Now the order status will be “complete”.
The seller can enter the tracking id and shipping detail and the UPS credentials to generate a shipping label and can also generate the UPS label after marking the checkbox. The seller can download or print the invoice and shipping slips just by entering dates.
With the use of this module, a seller can provide UPS shipping to your customers. Customers can select the shipping service from the services which are provided by UPS. Sellers can generate UPS shipping label and tracking number from their account section. Using the tracking number customers can track their orders on the UPS website.

How Does This Module Work?
UPS API Credentials
The admin needs to create the account in the UPS by providing the UserID and Password. Once the account is created the admin will receive the Account ID on the registered email address.
Admin Configurations
In this section, the admin can set the title of the shipping method that will be displayed at the front end. The shipping option can be enabled or disabled just by a single click. The Access License Number, User ID, Password, Shipper Number and multiple details will be entered by the admin.
Seller End Configurations
This module allows the seller to manage the shipping process. The seller can manage UPS Configurations by adding the Access License Number, User ID, Password, Shipper Number if allowed by the admin. The seller will be able to notify the customers via emails, can manage the order and can see the orders under My Order History. The seller can also download shipments and invoices.
Shipping Method Selection
While moving towards checkout the customer will select the shipping method and the particular service under that. UPS Shipping provides various services for different purposes. The selection of shipping methods can be done only when the Marketplace UPS Shipping is enabled from the backend. Every service has separate shipping charges. The shipping method selected by the buyer will be visible on the checkout page and the order review page as well.
Shipment & Invoices
If the admin allows the seller to manage the orders then the seller can generate the invoices for the ordered products, generate the tracking number and shipment for the orders of their products. Orders can also be cancelled by the seller. In the shipping slips, invoice slips, and shipping label the shipping method will be visible.
