Service Fees Marketplace Add-On

Important Note: Note - This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first.

By using Vendors Service Fees for Marketplace the admin and vendor both can charge the service fee for an order placed by the customer. 

The fee can be taken in two manners either fixed or percentage-wise. This fee will apply to different ordered products. The service amount will be displayed on the checkout page, shopping cart, order information, and in PDF. 

The admin can also add service charges on behalf of the seller by using this module.

Business Value

An additional service charge for any product is the external income of the admin and the seller. This extension has a facility for the admin and the vendor both to create service charges for the customer orders.

The service fees can be created in two types, fixed and percentage. This module allows vendors and admins to apply various service fees for their products. The seller can create service fees from their end using Magento 2 marketplace vendor's service fees.

Example: This module can be used in the logistics sector so the store owner can add packaging charges as a service fee from their customers.

How Does The Extension Work?

Additional Charges on Orders

The admin and sellers can apply additional service charges to the products and the user needs to pay the charges. Those charges will reflect on the checkout page.

Service Fee Type- Fixed/Percent

The admin can set the charges as fixed or percentage-wise. With the help of Vendors Service Fees for Magento 2 Marketplace. The needs to open the backend panel and then enter the details like status, code, title, and type. After selecting the type enter the amount.

Vendor/Seller Wise Service Fee

The vendor also can set the charges from his panel. The settings are the same as the admin panel. The vendor can Mass enable or disable the charges. 

Service Fee Visibility

The applied charges will display on the checkout page, shopping cart, and on order information. It maintains transparency between store owners and customers.

Vendor Service Fee Management By Admin

The admin can check all created service charges at their end. This list is filterable so the admin can check the charges created by the seller or admin. Also, the admin can use the bulk option mode to enable, disable and delete the charges.
