Overview

Note - This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first.

MultiUser Account Marketplace Add-On allows the sellers to create multiple sub accounts. This module offers a great feature for the sellers to reduce and manage their store roles and responsibilities with other sub accounts.

The seller can create multiple sub accounts with unique login credentials. The seller can grant various store access permissions to the sub account users. This allows the sub account users to perform various web store tasks. For eg: A seller can add agents/users to view orders and products only while another can manage orders.

Use Case of MultiUser Account Marketplace Add-On -

This module allows the sellers to enlist the help of sub account users to assist them in managing web store. When the sellers are unable to manage and control their store duties and want to ease down and reduce the workload, then the sellers can create multiple sub-accounts with unique login credentials and limited web store access permissions. These sub accounts will perform the seller's web store jobs and duties without actually using the seller's account.

Features of MultiUser Account Marketplace Add-On -

Sub Account - allow the seller to create multiple sub account from the front end.

Sub Account Abilities - allow the sub-account user to perform the various actions on the web store according to their allowed permissions.

Access Permission Levels – allow the seller to grant different access permissions to the sub accounts.

Notification - auto email notification for the sub account user when a new sub login is created.

Workflow of MultiUser Account Marketplace Add-On -

After installing the module, the admin can enable/disable the MultiUser Account Marketplace Add-On for the sellers.

If enabled by the admin, a Manage Sub Accounts option will appear in the seller account. This will allow the seller to create multiple sub accounts. The seller can grant multiple access levels to the sub account and can also configure their sub account settings. Each sub account user gets its own login credentials via email. Also, the seller can edit and remove the existing sub accounts.

Furthermore, this module allows admin to add, edit and remove sub accounts of the sellers.
