Note - This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first.

Question Answer Marketplace Add-On provides a mode of communication between the customer and merchant/seller for clearing any doubt regarding the product. This add-on facilitates the merchant or seller to participate and resolve the concern raised by the customer. A form appears on the product page to let the buyers ask questions related to the seller's and admin's products.

The Merchant can enable the configuration for sending the email notification when new questions get raised moreover merchant can approve the asked questions manually or automatically. Merchant has full control to manage, update, and delete the asked questions/answers. Customers will be able to see all the raised questions and received answers also can like or dislike the answers. Buyers can also sort the questions by “Most Helpful” or “Most Recent”. This module is essential for the customers to clear their product-related concern and facilitates the merchant or seller to provide an immediate response to convert a visitor into a buyer.

Question Answer Marketplace Add-On facilitates the merchant and seller to add a new feature to your e-commerce store where buyers can ask product specific questions and can get a reply for the same. A form appears on the product page to let the customers ask more about the product from the merchant/seller and that makes the e-commerce store more reliable and engaging.

Email notification goes to the admin and the seller when a new question gets submitted and it helps them not to miss out any question. Better question handling can help the merchant/seller to close more sales. Merchant can choose auto or manually approve questions to be visible on the product page.

The customer can see or track their raised questions and received answers on that product, a systematic record of data helps the customer to review further.

Visitors can see View QA tab on every product page and the buyer can also sort the questions by Most Helpful or Recent button. When the guest users click on the Ask Question button it will get show a pop-up window for the account login. How Does The Extension Work?

Email Notifications

In the module configuration, the admin can see settings for this add-on. Here the admin can choose to auto or manually approve Questions to be visible on the product page and can also enable or disable email notification. The admin can also configure the email templates to notify admin, seller, and customer.

 

Product Page Q/A Tab

Customers can see the “View QA” tab on every product of the marketplace. The customer can visit the product page and can see all the questions and answers made on that product. For answers, like and dislike button will be available and the customer can like or dislike the answer. Customers can also sort the questions by “Most Helpful” or “Recent”. Most Helpful, questions will be shown in the order of maximum likes on the answers.

 

Marketplace Seller Q&A Management

The seller can reply to the question either from the product page or from the “View MPQA” link under the marketplace tab. Here, the seller can see all the questions which are asked for his products. When the seller clicks on the link, the seller will get a page where they can reply to that question.

 

Admin Panel Q&A Management

In the admin panel, there is an option for MPQA Management in the Marketplace tab. In this, there is a grid available, where Admin can see all the question which is asked by the customers. Here in the grid admin can approve or disapprove questions and can also delete questions.

When the admin will click on ‘Click to Response’, then the admin can see all the answers for that question and can also delete any answer and give the answer on that question. The admin can answer the question and can also delete any answer if he wants.
