Purchase Order Marketplace Add-On

Note - This module is an add-on to the Marketplace and Multi-Supplier Wholesale Extension. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace, and Multi-Supplier Wholesale first.

Purchase Order Marketplace Add-On enables the vendors to create the purchase order for the wholesalers. Vendors can send purchase orders and source the products after approval of the quotation. Wholesalers and vendors can check and handle incoming shipments.

How Does The Extension Work?

Basic Module Setup

The store owners will first do the basic setup by making the general settings, privacy policy, marketplace purchase management, wholesale transaction email, etc. After these settings, the module is ready to use.

Wholesaler Creation

The wholesalers will go to the front end to register themselves. Now the store admin will manually approve the wholesaler and activate the account of the wholesaler. Now the wholesaler can view his dashboard and create units, price rules, seller quotation approval, lead management, and product list creation. After that, the store owner will approve the product list.

Wholesaler Product Quotation

The seller will send the quotation request for the wholesaler’s products after viewing the price list. Now, the wholesaler will see the quote requests and can communicate through messages. The wholesaler can perform actions such as approval, decline, or pending. After approval of the quotation, the seller will be able to create a purchase order. The store admin will then approve the purchase orders. The wholesaler will ship the orders then the seller will receive the shipment.
