Note:  Notifications Marketplace is an add-on to the Multi Vendor Marketplace. So, you must have installed it first before making use of the Notifications Marketplace Add-on.

• Admin will get order notifications (new / invoice/shipment/hold etc) for his product only.
• Seller will get order notifications (new / invoice/shipment/hold etc) for his product only.

How does this extension Work?

Store Admin Workflow

After installing the extension, the Magento 2 store admin will make the initial configuration settings.

Initial Configuration Settings

To make the initial configuration settings, the admin will  -

• Enable or disable the extension for use in the marketplace store.

Lastly, save the configuration settings.

The admin can navigate to a particular order from its notification and then can manage the order as required. For the product reviews, the admin can tap on any of the notification description options and the admin can manage the review as required. After approval, the review will be visible on the product page as required. 

Admin - Order & Product Review Notifications

The admin will be able to view the order notifications for his products. Apart from that, the admin will also be able to view the complete marketplace product reviews that have been made by the customers. 

The admin can navigate to a particular order from its notification and then can manage the order as required. For the product reviews, the admin can tap on any of the notification description option and the admin can manage the review as required. After approval, the review will be visible on the product page as required. 

Vendors - Order & Product Review Notifications

The sellers get a separate section in their account panel to view the notification history. 

The sellers can view the order notifications for their products. They can also navigate to the details of a particular order notification by tapping the description option. Then they can process the order as required. 

Apart from that, the sellers can see the product review notifications for their products like approved, or disapproved.

Customers - Orders & Product Review Notifications

The customers get a separate section in their account panel to view the notification history. 

The customers can see all of the notifications for the orders like order placed, invoice created, order shipped etc, that are related to an order status. Apart from that, the customers can view the notifications for product reviews as well. The customers can see pending and approved notifications for product reviews.
