NOTE: This module is an add-on to Multi Vendor Marketplace. To use this module you must have installed Magento 2 Multi Vendor first.

Shopify Inc. is a commerce platform company based in Canada. It is founded in 2006. Shopify is a SaaS provider that provides a service-based e-commerce platform for creating online shopping websites and retail POS systems.

Shopify Connector Maketplace Add On provides the facility of integration of the Magento marketplace and Shopify online stores. Enabling admin and sellers on both platforms to easily sync products, orders, categories, and more. The admin and sellers don’t need to manage the data on both stores as they can just use this connector and all product data and information will sync automatically.

Feature List 

  • Shopify categories can be mapped to Magento 2 Marketplace categories by the admin and the vendors.
  • Shopify products can be imported into a Magento 2 Marketplace store by the admin and the vendors.
  • Additionally, the admin and the seller can choose a default category in the Magento 2 Marketplace store for the imported products.
  • The default quantity for the exported products in the Magento 2 Marketplace store can be set by the admin and the seller.
  • Simple as well as Configurable (product with variants) product types can be imported by the admin and the seller.
  • Along with the product, the product's details, including the base picture, any additional images, name, price, SKU, description, number, weight, and super attributes with options, are imported.
  • Similar functionality exists between imported Shopify and Magento products.
  • Products from the Magento 2 Marketplace store can be exported to the Shopify store by the admin and the seller.
  • Simple and Configurable product types can both be exported.
  • Set the Magento 2 Marketplace store's default store view for the imported order.
  • Import orders from Shopify into your Magento 2 marketplace store.
  • If the order items are missing on Magento, they will create automatically be created and the order will fetch via cron.
  • Quantity management is possible in Shopify for the orders placed at the Magento store.
  • The admin also has the option to add multiple Shopify Accounts.
  • The listing template is used for product export to Shopify.
  • Shopify Accounts can be viewed and managed by the admin.
  • The admin and the seller can set price rules for the imported/exported products.

 

How does the extension work?

Shopify API Required 

For Shopify integration with the Magento 2 marketplace store vendor need the API first. To get the API they need to login in Shopify store. Where they will get the API and use it while configuring the extension.

 

Shopify Configuration on Magento 2 store 

Once the admin gets the Id they will enter it on the Magento 2 Marketplace and map multiple Shopify accounts with Magento 2 Marketplace. 

 

Import/Export Products

The admin and seller both can import/export simple and configurable products from Magento 2 to Shopify and vice versa.  

 

Categories Mapping

Merchants can map the categories at the same time on both platforms Magento 2 and Shopify. Meanwhile, the subcategories will import/export on both platforms.

 

Order Mapping 

According to admin permission admin and seller, both can map the orders from one platform to another. 

 

Set Price Rules 

The store owner can set the price rule for synced products with the same price or with a new price rule. Also, the price will be synced while synchronization. The seller can do the same for their products from their panel. 

 

Template Listing 

The admin can list the templates from Magneto 2 marketplace to the Shopify store. These templates include additional information about the product displayed in the store. Similarly, vendors can list the template on their seller panel.
