Back to topNote - This module is an add-on of Webkul's Marketplace Module. To use this module, you must have purchased and installed Multi Vendor Marketplace first.
Favorite Seller Marketplace Add-On allows the customers to add their favorite sellers to a list. Customers can add the sellers as a favorite by clicking on the "Add as Favorite Seller" link available on the seller profile page, on the seller collection page, or the product view page. After adding the seller as a favorite, customers can find all the favorite sellers under their account menu item "My Favorite Seller". Here, the customers can delete the added sellers or can see the complete collection of the sellers. Sellers will also be able to see their shop followers under their account menu item "Shop Followers". Sellers can delete their shop followers from here and can send them emails about new products and updates as well. It will save the customer's time as they can create a list of all the favorite sellers.

With the use of this extension, you can allow buyers to add the marketplace sellers as their favorite sellers. Customers can add the sellers in their favorite seller list and can delete the seller or visit the complete seller collection at any time. Sellers can also see all their shop followers and will be able to send emails to their followers. The seller can also delete their shop followers.

How Does The Extension Work?
Select Mail Templates
The extension offers perfect integration of the mail to share it easily with both sellers and customers. Set template for- mail to followers by the seller, when customers follow a seller both of them will receive a mail, the customer as the follower will receive a mail regarding product updates by the seller.
Favorite Seller Selection
The customer can easily select the favorite seller as per the choice. The selection can be done via multiple pages- Seller Profile Page, Seller Collection Page, and Product View Page. This allows the customer to know about seller details and services they render. This will help the customer to get the update about their favorite sellers. Thus, helping in more conversion as the customer can get the products as desired.
Shop Followers List
Sellers can find their Shop Followers under Marketplace > Shop Followers. However, the Sellers can delete their followers as well. Sellers can send an Email to their followers.
Send Email To Followers
After clicking on Send Email to Followers below page will be open. Hence the Seller can send an e-mail message to their followers.
New Product Notification
Additionally, when the seller adds a new product under their account panel. Thus, all the customers who have added this seller as a favorite receive the updates for the new products.
Manage Followers - Admin Panel
The store admin can view the list of customers that are following a particular seller. This helps them manage the seller quality benchmark. As more favorite sellers can being growth in the marketplace structures.
