Keycloak is open-source software that allows users to do single sign-on (SSO) with identity and access management for modern web applications and services. It is the WildFly community project of Red Hat that aims to provide authentication with minimum effort.

Workflow

Install & Setup Keycloak

Prior to installing the extension, the admin needs to install as well configure the Keycloack into the server. Then create a realm, add client, new users and obtain the credentials for Magento integration.

Module Configuration

Once the Keycloack has been installed on the server and configured. The admin needs to go to the Magento Admin Panel and enter the credentials and enable the extension. The admin will enter the realm name, auth server URL,  SSL required information, enable public client, confidential port, URL and client ID.

Login with Keycloack

On the storefront login page, the customers can sign in using their Keycloak account where the button will be present labelled as Sign in with Keycloack.
