The store merchants can export the orders with their invoices, credit memos, and shipments. The store owners can view all the storage consumed by the folders with their drive names.

To make use of this feature you must have a Google Drive Account. Also, you need to get the details/credentials via the Google Cloud Console.

• To sign up for Google Drive, you need to have a GMAIL account. You need to sign up for that, It will automatically sign you in, in fact when you will log in to select the Google Drive service after that. 

To get the keys to configure the module in the first place, follow the steps below -  

• Log in to Google Cloud Console.
• After that create a project. 
• Then enable the Google Cloud APIs. 
• Now, navigate to the Service Account Section, and for the account select Create the keys in the JSON format. 
• After getting the keys in JSON format you will get the Private Key, Client email, and the Client ID. 
• These are to be entered in the extension's initial configuration settings. 
• You can get the Cloud Folder ID the folder in which all the data will get saved by creating a folder in Google Drive and then checking the property of the folder. In the URL the last section that you see is the folder ID copy to configure the same in the Magento 2 backend.
• To get the Cloud Folder ID for the File System images follow the above step to get this ID and then copy to configure the same in the Magento 2 backend.

How Does The Extension Work?

Basic Module Setup

The store owner will make the basic settings to use the module. The store merchant has to enable the module status and select the drive from which they want to show the front end. 

After that, there is a need to set Google Drive settings by enabling the storage connection and entering the instance name, cloud folder ID, and cloud folder ID for file system images. 

Now, the service account credentials will be entered to use the module. From here, the store admin can export all the media at once with the Export All option.

Cloud Storage Dashboard

The store admin can view all the files and folders here, along with the drive name and image. The overall storage will also display on the cloud storage dashboard. The files and folders can be exported from here. Moreover, the drive folder will be displayed with name, permission, file count, state, and created and modified date.

Product & Order Export

The store owners can also export the product with its images and attachments to the cloud. Similarly, the orders can be exported by the store merchants with their details. However, the order can be exported separately for invoice, shipment, and credit memo or with complete details.
