The admin can select multiple methods and locations offered by Canada Post Shipping for shipping the product and enables the customers to choose their preferable Canada Post Shipping method on the checkout page. Apart from providing shipping within Canada, the extension also allows shipping from Canada to other countries as well. To make use of this extension, the store address of the admin should always be in Canada. This extension allows shipping the products from Canada to Canada, and Canada to other countries.

How Does It Work?

After the successful installation of the module, the admin initially needs to set up the Canada Post Shipping origin address within the admin panel. After this, select the Canadian Dollar as the allowed currency and then import the currency rates for the selected currency.  Next, the admin configures the module for setting up the mode as - sandbox or production, entering the title for the shipping method visible to the customers at checkout, entering the API user Id & password, selecting the agreement type as the contract or non-contract.

If the agreement is a contract, enter the agreement and client number (for the Canada Post Account). After this, the admin sets up the delivery time offset, selects Yes/No to display the estimated delivery time, chooses the allowed methods of Canada Post Shipping, sets the handling charges, and handling charges as fixed or percentage. Now, the customers see the Canada Post shipping method available at the checkout page. The customer can select their preferable Canada Post shipping method for getting their product shipped using Canada Post shipping. The admin can quickly check the details of these orders from the admin panel and can manage them as well.
