How Does Magento 2 Bing Shopping Feed Work?

Bing Shopping Feed extension for Magento 2 lets store owners sync their product catalog with Bing Merchant Center. Below is the full process of how the extension works:     

1. Configure General Settings

• Go to Stores > Configuration > Bing Shopping Feed after installation.
• Enter the Client ID and Client Secret from your Microsoft account.
• Add the Callback/Redirect URL provided in the module settings.
• Choose default language, currency, and country for the feed.

2. Authenticate Admin User

• Click the "Authenticate" button in the configuration panel.
• You’ll be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
• Sign in with the account linked to your Bing Merchant Center.
• Grant permission to connect your Magento store with Bing.
• After successful authorization, a confirmation message will appear.

3. Map Product Attributes

• Go to Bing Shopping Feed > Map Attributes in the admin panel.
• Match Magento product attributes (like name, price, condition) with Bing feed attributes.
• These mappings make sure Bing receives data in the correct format.

4. Map Categories
