Reservation Booking QR Code

To use this extension on your website, you must first have installed the Advanced Booking & Reservation extension.

The extension allows the store admin to create QR codes for event booking products, allowing customers to verify their identity at events.

Business Value

QR codes contain unique and encrypted data, making them difficult to duplicate or tamper with. This increases security and reduces the risk of fraudulent ticketing, which can save businesses money and protect their reputation.

Attendees can present their QR codes (usually on their mobile devices) for scanning, reducing waiting times and enhancing the overall event experience.

How does this extension Work?

Store Admin Workflow

Initial Setup

After the successful installation of the extension, the admin will enable the QR code for the event booking products and upload a logo that is visible on the ticket. 

Apart from that, the admin will choose the booking email template that is used to send the event booking email confirmation to the customers. 

Admin View QR Code for the Event Booking Orders

The admin after generating the invoice of the event booking product will be able to see the QR code in the order history. The admin can share the event ticket by sending an email with the ticket details. 

Customer View Event Booking QR Code

After placing the order for the event booking product the customers will be able to see the event ticket QR code that needs to be scanned at the event for validating the ticket. 

Customers can see the QR in the confirmation email as well or can download the event ticket under their account panel for the respective order. 

Admin Verify Ticket Via QR Code

At the event the admi can simply scan the event ticket QR code using a QR code scanner and the ticket will be validated. If a ticket has already been validated it will not be validated again and will show already used.
