Overview

The Customer Approval Extension for Magento 2 by VDCstore helps merchants control customer registrations by enabling manual or automatic approval workflows before customers can log in or place orders. This extension for Magento is ideal for B2B, wholesale, distributors, and stores that require verification of customer accounts to prevent fake sign-ups, spam, or unauthorized access.

With this extension, store owners can review and approve or reject customer registrations directly from the Magento admin panel. Merchants can configure approval rules based on customer groups and decide whether newly registered customers should remain inactive until approved. For example, a wholesale store can ensure only verified business customers gain access to pricing, catalogs, or checkout. The extension also supports email notifications to keep customers informed about their approval status, creating a transparent and professional onboarding experience.

Account & Pricing

No separate account is required to use this extension for Magento.
There are no additional fees for using the Customer Approval Extension for Magento 2.
For setup, customization, or billing-related questions, please contact VDCstore directly at help@vdcstore.com.
