Security

Secure Payment Flow

The Touch 'n Go Digital Payment Gateway extension uses a hosted payment redirect integration. After placing an order, customers are redirected to Touch 'n Go Digital's secure payment page to complete the payment. Once the payment is completed, the customer is redirected back to the Magento store and the payment status is updated automatically.

Customer Payment Data

Customers do not enter sensitive payment credentials within the Magento store. Payment credentials are entered and processed exclusively on Touch 'n Go Digital's secure payment platform.

Data Storage

The extension does not collect, process, or store sensitive payment information such as card numbers, CVV/CVC codes, PINs, or wallet authentication credentials. Only non-sensitive transaction information, including transaction references, payment status, and order-related data required for order processing, is stored within Magento.

Secure Communication

All communication between the Magento store and Touch 'n Go Digital's payment platform is performed over secure HTTPS connections using authenticated API requests.

PCI DSS Considerations

This extension uses a hosted payment redirect model where sensitive payment information is entered only on Touch 'n Go Digital's secure payment platform. Sensitive payment credentials are not processed or stored by the Magento application. The applicable PCI DSS compliance requirements, including the appropriate Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), should be determined by the merchant based on Touch 'n Go Digital's payment integration guidelines and their own PCI compliance obligations.
