ThinkODC AI Chatbot integrates Magento with leading artificial intelligence providers including OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, Mistral AI, and Cohere. These providers offer API-based large language models that enable conversational interfaces, natural language understanding, and intelligent automation for eCommerce platforms.

This extension for Magento connects your store to one of the supported AI providers and adds a conversational shopping assistant to the storefront. The assistant allows customers to search for products using natural language, apply intelligent filtering, manage their cart, access account information, track orders, and proceed to checkout directly from a secure chat interface. All sensitive customer data is processed within Magento server-side sessions and is not transmitted to external AI providers.

Account & Pricing

A separate account with one of the supported AI providers is required.

The AI provider account is NOT created automatically during extension installation. Merchants must create an account directly with the selected provider before configuring the extension.

Additional service fees may apply depending on the selected AI provider’s API usage pricing. The extension itself does not charge usage-based fees.

Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

This extension for Magento processes customer data within Magento’s secure server-side session environment. Personal data such as customer name, email, order details, and cart information is not transmitted to external AI providers.

Only product search context and non-personal query data are sent to the configured AI provider to generate conversational responses.

Merchants are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with GDPR or other applicable data protection regulations, including updating privacy policies where necessary to disclose use of AI-powered services.

API keys are stored using Magento’s encrypted backend configuration model.
