Back to topThe Product FAQ for Magento 2 enables store owners to add unlimited FAQs to their products, reducing support inquiries about common questions and helping customers make informed purchasing decisions quickly.
The admin can assign FAQs to specific products by selecting them from the grid or can assign FAQs to all products. On the frontend, FAQs will be displayed on the relevant product page.
Product questions and answers will be shown in an accordion style under the FAQ tab on the product page. This section lets customers quickly read answers by clicking on a question to expand the answer.
