Nventory.io is a cloud-based multichannel order and inventory management platform. It connects Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source with your other sales channels, inventory locations, and fulfillment operations. Manage products, stock, orders, customers, and shipment updates from one centralized workspace.

Catalog and Inventory Management

Control which product fields Nventory can import or export. Synchronize simple products, configurable products, variants, categories, images, attribute sets, custom attributes, prices, and inventory quantities.

Existing products can be matched by SKU or mapped manually. This helps merchants connect established catalogs without recreating every product. Multi-location inventory can also be mapped to Adobe Commerce inventory sources, helping maintain accurate stock availability across connected locations and channels.

Order and Fulfillment Operations

Import Adobe Commerce orders and customer details into Nventory alongside orders from other connected sales channels. Use a centralized workspace to review order status, coordinate fulfillment, and identify records that require attention.

When an order is fulfilled, shipment and tracking information can be synchronized back to the store. Synchronization history and item-level error details help teams investigate exceptions without searching across disconnected systems.

Flexible Synchronization

Choose the appropriate synchronization direction for each supported entity. Products and inventory can be imported, exported, or synchronized in both directions according to your operational requirements.

Scheduled synchronization helps keep information updated automatically. Merchants managing multiple store views can create independently configured integrations for more precise control over catalog, inventory, and order workflows.

Account and Pricing

A separate Nventory service account is required and is not created automatically during extension installation.

The Nventory connector is free to install. Nventory offers free and paid service plans based on account eligibility and operational requirements.

Compatibility and Requirements

Designed for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source 2.4.4 and later. The store must provide administrator-authorized REST API access so Nventory can synchronize the configured commerce data.
