Overview
Back to topUsing the Maintenance Page module for Magento 2 prevents customer frustration when they see the 503 pages. With the extension, you may show an attractive maintenance page with welcome text. Instead of an unavailable website or coming soon pages, the module enables a custom page. You can enrich it with CTA elements and appealing content. Such a page warns visitors about the upcoming maintenance of your website. And consequently encourages them to return later.
Our module allows you to show the expiration date of the maintenance period. It notifies visitors about the end of scheduled server overload, fixing bugs or features upgrades, etc. Thus you will protect users from a possible negative experience in your site.
Besides, with the Maintenance Page extension, you notify the search crawlers about the temporariness of maintenance mode. The module handles search engine requests and sends a 503 HTTP status code as a response to them.
