Back to topOur Abandoned Cart module for Magento 2 enables sending abandoned cart reminders. You have to use this strategy to get back lost customers. To minimize the issue of the abandoned carts we offer you to organize sending targeted emails based on the advanced rules of the module. It includes 3 predefined abandoned carts rules that help you to send One Hour, One Day, and One Week emails.
Then you will be able to track the efficiency of your retargeting strategy. Our extension has an email history interface. It makes it possible to watch the order placement results.
Pay the user's attention to the products left in the shopping cart in a friendly manner. The Abandoned Cart module comes with 3 pre-written email templates. The follow-up email reminders might include an enjoyable greeting, a brand-focused text message, a piece of information about abandoned products, or a discount. The module's templates contain a catchy checkout button and a block with a coupon code. You can still create a brand new abandoned cart template with an invitation to proceed to action.

General settings
- Ability to enable/ disable the module.

Three predefined abandoned carts rules
- One Hour: email will be sent after one hour with a 3% discount coupon code.
- One Day: email will be sent after one day with a 5% discount coupon code.
- One Week: email will be sent after one week with a 10% discount coupon code.

- Ability to send scheduled emails both to registered customers and guests.
- Ability to select the email template to use.
- Ability to select email senders from the drop-down.

- Ability to track a list of abandoned carts emails.
- Ability to filter reminders by status, date, user name, and email address.
- Possible statuses of reminders: Pending, Approved, Sent, Returned, Successful, Canceled.
- Ability to preview the email and make the required changes.
- Ability to send a repeat email reminder manually.
