How does this extension work?

This extension notifies the customers and the admin about the store and order activities using SMS. It will send notifications to the customers about the store and order activities such as order placement, order cancellation, order shipment, order invoice, order refund, etc. via SMS. Also, it will notify the admin about customers' activities about new order placement, a contact inquiry, etc. Whenever the customers perform a specific action, it will quickly send short messages to both the customers and the admin. This extension integrates the SMS services provided by Alibaba Cloud and Tencent Cloud to send SMS notification. It enables you to add custom SMS text, signature, and template.
