    Alipay is a third-party mobile and online payment platform established in 2004 by AlibabaGroup and its founder by Jack Ma in 1999 with headquarters in Hangzhou, China. It's a must-have payment method for any business looking to reach a critical mass of Chinese shoppers both at home and abroad. 

    The extension integrates the official Alipay Cross-border API into Magento2.  It enables your customers to make online payments with Alipay. They can select Alipay as a payment method on the checkout page, enter the pin code, and complete the payment. If using a desktop computer, Alipay will ask the customers to scan a QR code with their phone to confirm the details and enter the pin. In mobile browsers, it will auto-call the Alipay app for customers to pay with their smartphones. After Alipay receives the payment, it will send a notification to your store. The order status changes automatically on the backend.

    Please register an Alipay Global Account on Alipay Global site and request the Alipay Cross-border Website Payment and Alipay Cross-border Wap Payment. No additional fees apply for the API or service.

Alipay integrates the native Alipay API oriented to companies registered in mainland China, while Alipay Cross-border integrates the Alipay cross-border API designed for companies registered outside mainland China. 

     

    Security

    The extension integrates the official Alipay Cross-border API. After selecting Alipay on the checkout page, customers get redirected to Alipay's official site to enter their accounts and passwords. Customers' accounts and passwords will not stored on the Magento server. Integration meets PCI SAQ A-EP compliance.  

     

    Features:

    • You can enable or disable the extension on your Magento 2 dashboard.
    • The extension integrates the official Alipay Cross-border API provided by Alipay Global.
    • Customers can select Alipay as a payment method to checkout with Alipay both on PC and mobile devices.
    • Customers will be redirected to Alipay's official site to complete the payment.
    • Customers' Alipay accounts and passwords will not stored in your Magento store.
    • After the payment is complete, the order status will be changed automatically. 
    • On the backend, the admin can set the order status name when Alipay accepts or refuses the payment.
    • On the backend, the admin can enable a log to record all the transaction data.

    • Supports multi withdrawal currencies: US Dollar, Singapore Dollar, Japanese Yen, Canadian Dollar, Australian Dollar, Euro, New Zealand Dollar, British Pound, Thai Baht, Hong Kong Dollar, Swiss Franc, Swedish Krona, Danish Krone, and Norwegian Krone.
