Overview

Shopping cart is the middle point that helps to finalize the purchase of a product/service. Shoppers can buy, remove, or additionally configure the products before checkout.

In ecommerce site shopping cart allows customers to purchase items from their shop or store a list of the items they wish to purchase in the future so, when customer adds too many items in the cart and purchase only few items, in this case customers either remove the unwanted items from the cart or moves the item into the wish list, but with the extension partial checkout the customer will simply select the items from the cart which he wants to purchase and proceed to checkout without deleting the items from cart or moving the items into the wish list.

So, it allows the customer to selectively choose products present in the cart and proceed to checkout with selected products.

So this extension will help the customer(s) who have added many items into the shopping cart but he purchase only a few products out of them. So the customer can select the items which he wants to purchase and proceed to checkout, and remaining unselected items will remain in his shopping cart.

The basic purpose of partial checkout is to give functionality to customers selectively choose products present in the cart and proceed to checkout with the selected products.
