This extension offers two methods for adding WhatsApp functionality: 'Chat with Us' and 'WhatsApp Share.'

    • For 'Chat with Us,' the admin must provide a valid WhatsApp number. Customers will see the WhatsApp logo on the product detail page, and when clicked, a conversation will open in WhatsApp with the provided number. The default message will include the product URL and a custom message set by the admin, enabling customers to connect with the store directly.

    • The 'WhatsApp Share' feature is available on the home page, category page, and product detail page. This allows users to share product links and custom messages with their contacts. Admins can set unique messages for each page type, and when users click the WhatsApp icon, it opens WhatsApp, where they can select recipients and send the message.

This extension improves the customer experience, helping to build trust and loyalty by offering quick and easy communication with the store.
