Order Tracking

Softnoesis Pvt. Ltd. has developed the Track Order Extension, designed to enhance the customer experience by enabling easy order tracking from any page of the store. This functionality reduces the store owner's effort in keeping buyers informed about their order status.

The extension allows store owners to create custom shipping couriers. Admins can add the courier name along with its website link, enabling redirection from the system configuration. When the order shipment details are filled out, a custom option labeled 'Sns Tracking' will appear in the courier name section. Clicking this option will display a dropdown list of all the courier names added by the store owner.

With this extension, customers will see a "Track Order" logo located at the bottom right of every page. When clicked, customers will be prompted to enter their tracking number to track their order. The system will retrieve the assigned courier based on the tracking number and redirect the user to the respective courier's website. Additionally, the admin can change the default "Track Order" logo through the system configuration.
