Order Comment

The extension enhances the checkout experience by adding a textbox for customers to enter comments when selecting a payment method. This feature allows customers to provide additional information or requests before placing their orders. Store owners can conveniently view these comments on the order detail page.

To further streamline the process for store owners, a custom 'Order Comment' tab is integrated into the admin dashboard. This tab displays the last five order comments along with the corresponding customer names, making it easy for admins to track customer feedback.

Customers can also access their order comments from the "My Account" page under the "My Orders" section. To improve customer interaction, a "New Comment" button is provided, allowing customers to add new comments to their orders easily. Clicking this button opens a textbox where customers can input their new comments, which will be visible to admins on the order detail page or in the admin dashboard.
