Nova Poshta Shipping Backoffice

Nova Poshta is Ukraine's largest private postal and courier service, operating an extensive network of thousands of branches, postomats (automated parcel lockers), and courier routes across the country. The company provides fast and reliable parcel delivery for businesses and individuals, offering door-to-door courier delivery, pickup at branch offices, and self-service parcel locker options.

The Nova Poshta Shipping Backoffice extension is an addon for the Nova Poshta Shipping module. It extends the Magento 2 admin panel order creation workflow by replacing the standard address input fields with interactive cascading dropdowns for Nova Poshta location selection. When an administrator creates an order in the backend, selecting a region automatically resolves the corresponding Nova Poshta area; city, street, warehouse, and postomat options then load dynamically based on the preceding selection, keeping the standard Magento address fields in sync at all times. The base Nova Poshta Shipping module must be installed and configured before this add-on can be used. No additional configuration is required after installation.

Account & Pricing

A separate Nova Poshta account IS REQUIRED to use this extension. The account is not created during extension installation and must be set up in advance on the Nova Poshta website. You can register an account on this page by clicking the button Register (Зареєструватися). Please note, that you don't need to contact Nova Poshta to register an account, however a Ukrainian (+380) mobile phone number is required to pass verification. Once your account is active, generate an API key in your account dashboard under Settings (Налаштування) → Security (Безпека) → Create a key (Створити ключ) or visit the API key page directly. Enter the key in the Magento admin configuration.

The Nova Poshta Shipping Backoffice extension is subscription based. Additionally Nova Poshta charges fees for each shipment processed through their network according to their standard carrier rates.
