Description:
This is the initial release of Promail Fulfillment Sync for Magento 2. The extension connects your store to Promail's Cloud REST API, automatically submitting shipped orders for fulfillment and syncing tracking status back to Magento as it becomes available. Customers receive automatic email notifications once a tracking code is ready, with the option to CC internal staff on each notification. Product catalog data — including SKU, price, category, and images — is kept in sync with Promail so their system always reflects your current inventory. API credentials are stored securely using Magento's built-in encrypted configuration backend. Merchants can monitor sync activity through dedicated admin grids for orders and products, and can trigger syncs manually via CLI commands (scriptlodge:promail:sync orders|tracking|products|all) in addition to the automatic scheduled cron jobs, which run every 10 minutes for orders, every 30 minutes for tracking, and every 50 minutes for products.
