Holenstein Shipment Sync automates the flow of shipment data from your Magento store straight into Holenstein, eliminating manual exports and reducing fulfillment errors. Every time an order ships, the extension generates a dedicated XML file for that shipment and delivers it directly to your configured FTP or SFTP directory — no manual intervention required.
Built for merchants who need reliable, hands-off order fulfillment integration, the extension runs on a scheduled cron job and also offers a one-click Run Sync Now action for admins who want to trigger an export on demand. An admin grid keeps a full record of every synced shipment, so you always know what's been sent.

Description:
Initial release. This extension exports shipped Magento orders as XML — one file per shipment — and uploads them automatically to a configured FTP or SFTP directory. It supports optional store filtering, a shipping method label override, and links each shipment's PDF URL in the exported XML. A new admin grid under Holenstein > Orders shows tracked sync records, with a manual Run Sync Now action available alongside the built-in scheduled sync (every 10 minutes). FTP/SFTP credentials are stored encrypted using Magento's native encryption.
