Overview
Back to topSync Missing Google Analytics Transactions extension for Magento 2 analyses missing transactions from analytics due to various reasons such as ad blocker, too many products in one transaction, cookies turned off, JavaScript is disabled, etc. It also sends them back to Analytics so you will be able to see your missing transactions in Google Analytics reports.
Google Analytics Sync for Missing Transactions extension tracks all missing transactions from Google Analytics and sends them back to Analytics for detailed reporting. All the missing order data in Google Analytics(GA) can be retrieved automatically upon enabling this extension.
Features:
- Adblocker is enabled: - Adblockers can impede transactions from reaching Analytics.
- JavaScript is disabled: - By default almost all tracking extensions utilize JavaScript on the client-side but if it is disabled then those transactions are not tracked and are also not sent to Google Analytics.
- Cookies are turned off
- A customer left the page before the transaction was sent to Google Analytics
- The payment gateway is not redirecting customers to your order confirmation page
- The order confirmation page may not load for certain payment methods
- GDPR extensions can also prevent transactions from reaching Google Analytics
