Back to topOverview
Back to topRetailerBoost is a pay-on-results Google Shopping growth service. RetailerBoost builds, funds, and manages incremental Google Shopping campaigns on behalf of online retailers, investing its own ad capital and charging a commission only on the orders those campaigns generate. Merchants gain additional Shopping sales without managing ad spend, retainers, or product feeds themselves.
This extension for Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source is the connector between your store and the RetailerBoost service. Once enabled, it loads RetailerBoost's hosted attribution script on your storefront to measure which visitors arrive from RetailerBoost-funded Google Shopping campaigns, and it fires a conversion measurement on your order confirmation page so the resulting sales are attributed accurately and you are billed correctly. The extension does not change how your storefront, checkout, or theme look or behave for shoppers — there are no visible changes to your site's appearance or user experience — and it never uploads your product catalog (RetailerBoost reads your products from Google Merchant Center) or transmits customer personal data. A single admin screen lets you enable tracking, enter your RetailerBoost Source ID, and choose which website or store view the tracking applies to, and you can pause it at any time. For example, a store already listing products in Google Merchant Center that wants more Shopping sales — without managing ad budgets or feeds — enables the extension, enters its Source ID, and begins receiving funded, commission-only campaign traffic within minutes.
Account and Pricing
An additional RetailerBoost account is required, and the account is not created during extension installation. To create an account, please visit the RetailerBoost sign-up page. The RetailerBoost service has no ad budget, subscription, or monthly fee — RetailerBoost funds the Google Shopping ad spend and charges a commission only on the incremental orders its campaigns generate. For full pricing details, please visit the RetailerBoost pricing page.

How It Works
- The extension loads RetailerBoost's hosted attribution script on every storefront page to record visits from RetailerBoost campaigns.
- On the order confirmation page, it fires RetailerBoost's hosted conversion measurement.
- RetailerBoost attributes the resulting orders to the campaigns it funds and manages.
- You are charged a commission only on those attributed incremental orders.
What This Extension Does Not Do
- It does not sync or upload your product catalog or feed — RetailerBoost reads your products from Google Merchant Center.
- It does not modify your storefront, checkout, or theme.
- It does not collect customer personal data.
Privacy and Data
RetailerBoost receives only what is needed to attribute a sale: your Source ID, the order ID, order number, order total, currency, and an anonymous visitor ID that the RetailerBoost script manages itself. It never sends customer email, name, phone, address, IP, or any other personal data.
Campaign Pause Behavior
Tracking can be paused at any time from the extension's admin screen. Pausing tracking — or uninstalling the extension — automatically pauses any active Google Shopping campaigns RetailerBoost is running for your store, because without conversion tracking those campaigns cannot be measured or funded. They resume automatically once tracking is active again.
