Our Auto Customer Group Switching extension offers a super flexible solution for automating your customer group management. By setting custom group switching configuration based on lifetime sales amount, customers are automatically moved to any desired group, saving you a lot of valuable time and effort!
Auto Customer Group Switching extension allows setting a minimum and maximum sales amount for each customer group. When a customer reaches the minimum sales amount of a customer group, he/she is automatically upgraded to that group and notified via email to the customer and store administrator both based on configuration.
Default Magento 2 does not offer this feature, The Auto Customer Group Switching extension provided this feature to automate the process of assigning an upgraded customer group to the customer based on their sales amount.
