Support Expiration Mode

In Support Expiration mode:

• Customers can download all product updates released before their support expires.
• Once the support period ends, they can continue downloading only the latest version released before the expiration date.
• Versions released after the support expiration date are not available.

Example

• Support expires on 24-Apr-2018.
• Product versions are released on 20-Apr-2018 and 25-Apr-2018.

If the customer logs in on 26-Apr-2018, they can download only the version released on 20-Apr-2018 because the newer version was released after the support expiration date.
